  • Solution:

    1. Try swapping the canister with another canister from the same machine to see if the canister might be broken.

    2. Try removing the canister and pressing a button to see if the motor turns.

    3. If the motor does not turn please click on additional help below or call 847-622-1803 for service.

    1. Try restarting the Perfect Servings Machine.

    2. Make sure nothing is resting on flavor buttons.

    3. If this does not fix your issue, please call 847-622-1803 for service.

    1. Check to make sure the cord is plugged in to an outlet.

    2. Check to see if the red lights are on in the back of the machine. If they are not then your unit needs repair.
